If you have an ISO file, then DVDD will burn a copy that will play on your standalone.

Also to make the copy more compatible with players you should make it DVD-ROM booktype. Go to TOOLS---Drive---change book type. Here you will find tabs with common burner types, chose yours and have your drive booktype DVD-ROM.

This can only be done with DVD+R's though.

Please try not to type with your caps lock on, it's as if you were shouting...:)

The answer to your question(s) is yes.
Here are the apps along with a guide on how to...

Some things to consider:
Have DVD decrypter burn/wite at 4x speed or no greater than 1/2 the rated speed of the media.

Read your players manual to check on what media it's capable of recognizing and playing, stick to using only that media type (+R/-R). If the player is newer and capable of multiformat playback then you're all set.

If your player is older, for compatibility reasons, you might want to consider booktyping DVD+R media as DVD-ROMs, your burner must be able to support this feature and DVD decrypter can do it for you. Here's some info on it if interested..

Stick to good quality media like Sony, Verbatim, TY's, etc... look for made in Japan on the package.

Cheers...
