which programme is good to convert any video format file to vdc, svcd & DvD and that allows to add subtitles is well and we can create menu is well and chapters is well (not DVD Santa).

Though the WinAVI can't make menu,but it will give you good quality.It's worthy to try its so many function.

tmpgenc can convert any video format and also you can create a dvd menu
