it will list the different episodes
then a back to main menu option or continue to next menue option
and so forth until all the episodes i fit on the disc are done.

Do you have DVD Lab or DVD Lab Pro? They are both very similar.
What your trying to do isn't a major project and once you do it the first time, the next will seem easy. :)
Make sure you have enough free hard drive space. At least 10GB free to work with.
Start by importing your videos into the asset area. Use the DeMultiplexing options. Save your project (give it any name you want).
Post back when this is completed.

It will only utilize files in mpeg format. If they're AVI or some other format, you'll have to convert them first.

GOP errors are somewhat normal. They can be ignored as they will be fixed when you compile the project.
As for the IM, I think it would be better to do it on the forum. Not only will others get to see it and be able to learn/help, but it would be archived for the future.
If there are specific questions that you don't want seen, you can always PM me.

Demuxing is demultiplexing. Seperating the video and audio streams into two different files.
At this point, you should have a mpv and an AC3 file loaded in your assets. Confirm that this is what you have.

Drag the mpv file to the Movie. It goes in the larger area. The AC3 file goes right below it.
Waiting for the menu sample at the address I PMed you.
At this point, we're ready to add chapters and work on the menu.
Save your project at each step. That way if a mistake is made, we can go back to the previous one.
