Unlocking a Samsung x427m; Locked to Cingular network

I need help unlocking a Samsung x427m cellphone, the phone is locked to Cingular's network, but i would like to use it on Suncom network. The IMEI # is 010460/00/159011/0 and the S/N: RV8X880396X the model information is Model SGH-X427M.

Any help is greatly welcome!!! :)
