Well I've got my xbox all set up and bootable, however...

Of the 3 DVD Drives I've tried, 0 will read a disc. The drive will spin up and the motor will hum, then quickly increase and seemingly max out spin speed and keep spinning with no reading.

Shut down to avert breaking parts but... I'm lost? What to do next, is there a firmware upgrade that allows me to control speed? I see the laser assembly moving in all 3 drives... No idea where to go from here.
