I have a batch of motorola v500's and 2 of them have -(sw R376_G_0E.65.23R) and the boot loader version of 07.D0, and I can not get them to work they light up keypad then shut off. The other phones in batch all have - (sw Triplets_G_0B_09.38R) and the boot loader version of 01.B0.. Can someone tell me how to fix please?
