Hi everyone. Sorry to bother y'all. Didn't wanna distub anybody, but i've looked for days, and i still can't find what i need. I accidentally got a dynasty warriors jap version for the psp. Problem is, well, u guessed it, i dont read japanese. Does anyone know either how to make it so that it's in english, or does anyone know a link to get an english manual for this game? this way, i can at lease try to match up to the selections in the game. I have no clue what to do in the game, and i keep on trying buttons, but it;s just not working out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And, by the way, i researched on the interner for hours on end before posting this thread. Thanks again, and please help

go into your ISO in folders format and go into USRDIR. Look for the language files. When you find them, erase all of the language files (or better yet, dummy them w/ YAUIS - search on google) but before you do this, rename the American folder to the Japanese name and when the game goes to look for the Japanese folder, it will play in english w/ subtitles and everything b/c you have the english files in there. Then, again, just dummy everything else.

hey. thanks for the reply ovvl. First, i have a question. what do you mean when you said rename the american folder to the japanese name?

Whatever the Japanese language folder is called, rename the american folder to the exact name the Japanese folder has and change the name of the Jap one to the US name. That way, when the PSP goes to read the Japanese folder, it will be in english.

So it will be like this:

Original Japanese folder - Renamed to US folder
Original US folder - Renamed to Japanese folder

Since you can't have two of the same folder names in one directory, when you change the name of the Jap folder to the US folder, you're going to have two US folders, got me? So when you change the Jap to US, just make it US% (whatever the US folder is called - you need the exact name) and then change the US to Jap and then on the folder w/ the "%" you can erase the "%". Is that clear enough? I don't think I did a very good job at explaining that. If you need more help, just PM me.
