I've been trying to back up a few of my movies and the last two have given me the error below while burning using dvd decrypter. Anyone know why this is happening?

The image isn't displayed. Can you state the exact error displayed, you can also post a DVD Decrypter log for viewing as well.

Use Anydvd and believe

I had the same error. I am using DVDfab express and it seems to be working.

Hi warthogo1

The error you received usually means the drive doesn't like the media. The log like johnl123 mentioned would be helpful. When burning press the L key or save the failure when prompted by Decrypter.
So without that here's some questions:
°Media using?
°Burn speed?
°Make, model and firmware version of the drive.

editted to add: Almost forgot when posting there are instructions on how to post the image.
