Hi,

Can someone please provide me with a sim unlock code to be able to use any type of sim.

Phone: Nokia 1600
Imei: 359375003629832
Carrier: Movistar
Movistar Network Code: 21407

When inserting the code must a sim card be present?

Actually the network code is 21402 the one i put above is for contract phones/sim

If you know the risks, try this ONCE and ONLY ONCE and let us know if it works. You have only 5 tries and then it will be hard locked. After that you will need a cable thing-a-me-jiggy to unlock it. It should still work on your Network so no big loss.

Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p) \
Press * 4 times fast for (w) IMPORTANT
Press * 2 times fast for (+) /
and the rest of the code---

IMPORTANT!!
Verify code before pressing the last #.

Note: Some Phones require that you to insert a non accepted sim, you will see "phone restricted", press UNDO option and enter the code in the restriction box and press enter.)

"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's hard locked. Used up all your free tries!!
