Ok i downloaded it iand it has a bunch or .rar files in it how do i intall this on my xbox?

The first one would be which one they are all named aid30.rar and right now im transfering one to my other computer to burn a CD with the ISO thing but im not sure what this all does for me other than adds some skins for me and i dont have XBMC but it adds skins for that there are no emulators in any of these folders that ive seen so far..... im confused about this

EDIT- I figured out how to find the first one i found this tutorial at their site but what does AID 3 do for me the emulators are all text files is that correct or do i need to just do the tutorial all the way and i put those on later?

it does alot it is worth getting its loaded with emus and all the tools you would need for anything

Ok i have about 3 hrs till im leaving on vacation this comes with the installer i used to mod my xbox except this one is 4.5 i installed with 4.0 do i need to change?(the Nknave installer)
