uh ur best bet is to use alcohol 120 to burn the image to cd/dvd. then it should work fine. But do not extract the files andburn to iso with nero. this doesnt work.
If alcohol dont get it, google the extension (character set after last period in the file name)
If none of these options work then it is possible that whomever made theimage didnt know what they were doing and said image is worthless.

To burn images with Nero, go to Recorder - Burn Image. Select the image from the directory, choose your burn speed (preferrably no faster than 16x) and burn.

So i think that this is allowed. If he'd have asked for in depth tehnical details for circumventing WGA or a keygen he'd have broken the rules, but just asking how to burn this image would seem to be allowed.
