help someone my ps2 is making a funny noise which is giving me a headache i need a way of fixing this please.

Ummm. what kind of funny noise? Are u using SM with a fliptop, a mod chip.....?

im am using a mod chip and the noise which it is making is a sort of clicking/screeching noise.

did you get a laser fix installed with your modchip. I hope so because you need one with a V12.

Like Steimy said, u should get a laser fix, unless u want to spend an extra $100 plus on another ps2 and mod chip;)

well i gotted it fitted by a professional of his company and he says that he puts a laser fix inside all of the ps2 he chips. i cant load a disc anymore cause of the clicking noise. but no games did jump at all.
