well rabbity i'd rather pay for the quality of a fun game than pay for a stupid and overrated 360 game for 60 americans.also free online is better than paying 50$ also people were predicting 360 games for 70-80 americans. trust me the games are worth it.

drcool you can not be sure of any of that,you can not just say the xbox 360 games are not worth it, b/c you have not played any of them at e3, and i never said the ps3 games would not be worth it only that with such a high price, whats the point of free online.

like i said i will pay for the quality of the game my 2 favorite series are mgs, and ff. but for the x360 there are not to many fps i like and i don't like the stories (btw i'm dr.cool)

yeah i would like to have quality 2 but not at those prices
i like games that you can play for a while but i get bored play another game for a while then go back to the first game
i could take the games being $50-$60 us but not 95
i hope its just an over priced guess
also when will sony announce the price of games its already june it comes in nov (its like five months) but im waiting untill stores can put out the game boxes so i can see what i want

sometime in noveember, there is a date but i forgot it. the price is going to be 425 pounds. which to peple in the uk might not seem much, but i will put it into contence for the americans, 425 pounds converted into dollars is 803 dollars.

iim pretty sure 360 games are 49.99 in the uk too, someone told me it on the other thread when i brought this up. the cost of living in the uk is more, buyt their minimum wage in usd is about 9.50, so they have no prob catching up the extra cash.
im sure for the us most games will be around 60.
But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...

they make more to compensate the higher living costs. sony wants to dominate europe becaus ethey can sell their ps3 and ps3 games/accessories for as much or more than it cost to make them to help make up some losses.

Sony is trying to control the market with "visuals". Theyre going to hike up the price of the games to 75 bucks a pop and there excuse will be "Blu-ray discs are expensive" or some crap. Then before you know it, people will be dishin out 50 bucks for a HD movie, because people are stupid.

the guy who made this thread is talking about play.com a website thst sells games cheaper in the uk. but the ps3 games seem to be more expensive on that site then the xbox 360 ones are, so...
also we do earn more money, but thats a very narrow way of looking at it. i have looked into this and found out that, when you leave school in the uk and get a job even if its part time, as long as you are over 18 you seem to earn a little more money hourly, but when you get a skill or a university degree, then americans nearly always earn more. and i know this rule may not apply everytime, but its basically what happens. thats why after i do my degree i am going over to america. i was going to go now, but it would cost me around 40000 pounds for everything included to stay and study for 4 years. (£40000 = $73000).
oh and this just came to my mind, even if food, and other small things are a little more expensive in uk but not too much, its the houses that cost a shit load. eg, my house is a small 3 bed teraced, it has a 5 foot garden, all three rooms are about 3m by 2m, and i live in a really bad area, but the cost of my house is 250 000 pounds which is basically 500 000 dollars. and all b/c i live in london, but its not even the nice london its the crappy run down bit.
sorry if i went a little of topic, just thought that if i am going to live here and suffer i might aswell set people straight about living costs in uk.
p.s. i still really like uk, its just that you need money, lots of it to live a happy life, otherwise you will be living on an estate. (most of this is based on london not theuk sorry)
