Comcast router ploblem??

My friend had a comcast router install on his pc and the people from comcast change some ports and other stuff and now that he dont have a router no more some programs wont go online any 1 knows what to do??

Call Comcast. Reason I am saying that, is you shouldn't spend any time trying to fix a problem not caused by the end user. If someone else is involved, contact them.
