Suspended due to non-functional email address

Downloaded and worked perfectly for 2 weeks. Now screen goes blank and desktop is multi colored. Buttons are yellow. Get error msg. "(9) contact Technical Support" Have done that. Downloaded a new aspi file to supposedly install new driver. Program still turns screen blank only to go multi colored and yellow buttons. Not like when first installed with green buttons. Any help?
