i use DVD decrypter and DVDshrink/Nero to burn and the movie i backed up doesn't match my PS2's region. does anyone know if DVDshrink or DVD Decrypter has the capacity to change regions? if not, is it even possible to do this without messing with my ps2?

If you backup your DVDs with AnyDVD running in background, the burned DVD is locked to regions 1,2,3,4,5,6!

Summary for drive F: (AnyDVD 5.9.6.3)

RCE protection not found.

Bad sector protection not found.

Hi kthxdots
DVD Decrypter & Shrink will also make the disc region free.
In Decrypter go to tools>settings. In the file mode & iso mode make sure 'remove IFO RC protection' and 'remove IFO RCE protection' is checked.
In Shrink when you click back up - in the region tab 'region free' should be checked.
Or could this be a PAL dvd and your in a NTSC region (or vice versa)?
