Xbox BIOS Flash - Help Needed

I have softmodded my Xbox with the "Ultimate Softmod Installer V2" and now my dashoard is on some version of Evo-x.

The problem is, i want to upgrade my xbox's harddrive but I don't know were to get the BIOS hack. I need a hack that makes the xbox check in the DVD drive for a boot-disk. I also need a hack that will increase the maximum size allowed of the harddrive (since the drive I bought is 250GB)

I need to know were to get the hacks and how to run them,
any help would be very appreciated.
