Howdie there members,can't brag enough about these two programs;they work great together.I haven't had a problem till i tried backing up firewall.Both programs have the latest version clone2899&anydvd5963;tried two different discs same message,error recyclic redundancy on the same spot,cleaned discs before twice and didnt help. Can,t any one help me? thanx in advance.
That's odd that both discs are giving you problems. There may be a problem with the apps. Have you tried uninstalling, then reinstalling both AnyDVD and CloneDVD2? If not, try it. That might work.
If it doesn't work, try using the latest version of DVDFab Decrypter.
I too had no problems w/ this one - AnyDVD and CloneDVD.
Try DVDFab Decrypter like DakotaFan pointed out. Or the ripper like arniebear.

If you have another drive - try it also - some are better than others.
If that doesn't work you probaby have a bad press and need to exchange it again.
This may be a dumb question. In the anydvd ripper, what does Remove unreferenced blank cells do? In the past I successfully ripped the movie to my HDD using anydvd but Nero Recode had problems opening the movie.
Dummy/Blank unreferenced cells: the new twist, when there is a LAYER BREAK shift in these cells (multiple times) before the remainder of the movie cells. This means that DVD Shrink can't actually "shrink" the movie file. VOB Blanker won't even open them -- it fails in the inital read /analysis of the IFO files at 91% -- and FixVTS couldn't "wash" them either i.e. it failed right at the end when it's re-writing the IFOs and thus didn't fix the problem.
