it a nokia t-mobile .i want it to be cingular

i tried 3 difeerent codes 1)#pw+236245164424346+7#
2)#pw+812001244002602+1#
3)#pw+ 014 933 734 251 546 +1#
i got a code error message please heelp new to this.
i had no sim card in and i first pushe the pound keythen the star key to get p w ect. theh i had the + sign no space than the pond key to finish. Thanks anyone for your help
