firslty is it alot differnt? i mean is it liek worth upgrading to this version??

another thing is
can i use my hard drive to save games, like instaead of memory card ???
if so how?

From what I know it has better compatibility with games. I don't see any reason not to update your HDLoader unless it's a lot of effort to do that? I have all my applications in my memory card and I just use ExecFTP/uLaunchELF to copy files from my computer, and it takes about half a minute to do that.

Unfortunately no, you can only do that if the game supports saving to the HDD, and most games don't. Again, I just put my game saves onto my PC when I know I won't be playing that game for a while. Having said that I have a 64mb memory card so I don't run out of space that easily :)
