Make/model phone: Nokia 6010
IMEI #: 010416008980381
Country the phone is locked in: USA
Provider the phone is locked to: T-Mobile

I've already tried :

I'm trying to unlock it with a Cingular Sim in it. I know my 5th time is my last try. But I can still use it with T-Mobile (to go phone) if that happens. I've successfully unlocked a 6061 before.
