I have been having sporadic problems with DVD2One; I use Decrypt to rip, DVD2One to convert and Nero to burn; on the problem DVDs when I play it from files on the computer, it has sound, but the burned DVD does not, either on the computer or on the standalone, I use the same procedure for all and this has happened 3 out of 30 DVDs, so I am a little perplexed, any help is appreciated.

I normally take AC 6 Channel; I have been playing around with the problem DVDs and they will play on the computer DVD player with sound, but only with PowerDVD, Intervideo and interactual don't; The problem DVDs seem to be when I picked DTS 6 for sound; problem with that theory is that my sony DVD player and has DTS capability, but won't play the sound either. That's about as far as I have gotten, an ideas would be appreciated.

My Sony NS305 plays up in the same way.

That's why I asked about audio taken , I've had no problems with anything after taking AC3 6CH [dolby digital sound].
Even though my Sony plays DTS [has a sticker on the front bragging that it does] I had problems w/ Spiderman & have taken AC3 6CH ever since..with like I say no audio problems.

I have had similar sporadic problems, especially with so called"big / blockbuster" films, and hence I have assumed that this is just one of the many wonderfull and varied ways that the industry tries to prevent people from backing up teir DVD collection. You've got to deal with this film by film. What works for one will then fail with another. My best overall "solution " has been to rip iso images of the DVD with decrypter and then play around with these now unlocked images.
best of luck
