Help with Kingdom Hearts 2 on HD loader

Hey, I need help with Kingdom Hearts 2 on my hardrive... It wont go any farther than your first trip on the Gummi Ship when you try to go through the asteroid fields or the other place... When you try to go through it it makes a black screen and then I let it sit for a while and nothing happened. So I'm asking has this happened to anyone else and did they manage to overcome the problem. I need all the help I can get with this so yeah gimme all your help!

there was someone working on a patch for it but it hasnt been completed yet and i have a feeling that people are going to starty working on the new GTA and forget KH2. Just use your original disc for that part.

Yeah it's a pitty there hasn't been much progress in the KH2 patch, was hoping it'd be out a while ago when I was playing that game, ended up playing it from DVD. The loading time for this game gets pretty long with DVD though :(
