Dude,

Howdy, Imei list of siemens or ericsson in any place in the world. Im doing a paper to do some research on how imeis are being used and whether global arrangement of GSM has been put in place properlly.

IMEI#'s are like the fingerprint of the phone. Everytime you place a call the IMEI# is checked to insure that the phone wasn't reported lost or stolen. If it was reported Lost/stolen, the IMEI# goes into an International database which is used mostly thru out the World (accept for a few Countries that claim they cannot afford the technology). Could You explain more how your paper is being layed out? Are you focusing more on IMEI#'s or GSM? I may have some interesting sites for you to check out depending on how you do your paper.

Hi Nokias,

The objective of my paper is actually to have 1 single database consist of imeis that whole world can share.

This will minimise the terrorist act, frauds and so on. My Uni also develeping anohter GSM Technology in which will act more like BGP routeing tables in network environment consisting imeis arround the globe.

One of the objective that i need to prove is to gather as many as imei as possible from the public internet. This will shows how easy it is to fraud or duplicate and imei if we do not share single database (imei tables informaion), Thus, to back up my thesis and getting the fund from my UNI ( Univ of Sydney ) and carry on on the research.

Any sites will be greatlly appreciated.

Hmm. What I'm not understanding is that it would be more beneficial to fraud the sim card which has all of the account information on it, rather than the IMEI# which belongs solely to the phone. ESN#'s are CDMA and a few TDMA phones which carry the serial number and account information together. Basically, the IMEI# of the phone will not give you personal information on the account holder.
