My encoded MP4 was shorten in time (PLZ help)

Im using the registered version of IMToo 3.1.6

You see, the video I want to convert is .mpg and its 1 hour long, and when I encode it to .MP4 it only encodes up to 2 minutes. Ive tried everything, from the preset changing it to medium and infinite to all types of combination, also the Duration I left it at Full and to 60 minutes.

The .mpg file plays fine and I can see the whole hour of it, but the MP4 only encodes 2 mintes of the hour. PLZ help me.

The .mpg is fine, I can see the .mpg the whole hour, the .Mp4 only encodes 2 minutes. PLZ help me fix this.

The weird thing is that when I start encoding the .mpg at 2 mintes to the end, it encodes but it will have 00:00:00 time on it. Please help, I have the registered version of it.

If it the .mpg, shold I convert it to something else like Divx or Avi, and then encode it to .Mp4. Will that work?

Please help me :(
