Dvd Copy Plus audio problem

I'm using DvD Copy Plus to rip my dvd's... The problem I'm having, with every single movie, is when I'm ready to encode the mpeg with DVDx 2.0, it says "Sample not found or audio decoding error, it happens sometimes at beginning or end of a movie. Select continue will fill audio buffer with blank. Continue?" If I select no, the its cancelled, If I select yes, it encodes the mpeg and the sound is nearly 5 seconds off with the voices. If I goto options and do audio/video sync, it encodes correctly, but it makes noises and pops and scratches throughout the entire movie... Is there a better way to do this? I want a clean rip, with audio/video correct and no noise....?????help
