How to put a skin on my xbox

I know how to FTP connect to the xbox and can access everything, but I don't know exactly where to put a skin. Is it as simple as just uploading a picture? or do I actually have to change an .ini file like i've seen in previous posts about other things on here. Thanks for the help!

Yeah, I wanted to know where it was on the XBOX, but its koo I was wanting some skins. This stupid newbie thing won't let me post fast enough to talk so im having to edit..
