Splinter Cell Essentials READ ME is garbage HELP

This is part of the read me from the Splinter Cell Rip kit: (I am confused when it comes to the HDD part; where your files need to be.) Someone plz help me set this up.

Extract your iso in the same directory that my patch is.
Find the Street Riders prx files and replace splinter cell prx files with
street riders prx files and the 1 prx file that isnt in street riders you can have it
from star wars battlefront 2.

layout:
hdd:\splinter\ <- here place all the files of my rip kit
hdd:\splinter\Splinter Cell Essentials.exe
hdd:\splinter\files\

hdd:\splinter\ <- also here place the splinter cell extracted files
hdd:\splinter\PSP_GAME
hdd:\splinter\UMD_DATA.BIN
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Press the Rip button
Rebuild your iso with vcdromx 3.6 if you use Umdgen the game wont boot for some reason.
Place your iso in your memory stick ISO directory and play :)

make a folder named cell.
put the rip kits files in that folder.
put your splinter cell files in the folder (psp game and umd data)
start program
hit rip, or whatever it says
done.

so make this folder just on my desktop, right? (sorry, I've been drinking... a bit slow here...) When the read me referred to HDD I was thinking C:, but I'll just try desktop.
