Need Help / Replacing HDD and DVD Tray won't open

ok, here's the situation:

1. replaced 300GB Maxtor with a 250GB Seagate (accidentally accessed Live on the Maxtor and was banned)
2. put the 300GB Maxtor in my PC and formatted it
3. accessed Live with the new drive (used eeprom i bought 3 months ago) banned 3hrs later
4. my XYZ codes seemed to be ok, i think the guy who sold me the eeprom gave me a bad one
5. now i want the 300GB in my box, so i just put that back in there
6. the 250GB is now for sale, just got done formatting it on my PC

my problem i'm having is the xBox doesn't wanna open the DVD tray now. i'm trying to get that Slayer's Evox Installer v2.6 going, but can't since the tray doesn't open.

can someone please help me? how do i fix this?
