after ripping my DVD with dvd decryter, i preview the .ifo file with dvd2avi...and the picture appears to be all wavy with jagged edges....at first i thought it's the program..but smartripper creates the same wavy picture...then i thoguht it's my dvd drive...but changing it does not make a difference...

is this suppose to happen?...did i do something wrong?? PLease help...
