Transferring Windows XP Tablet

Problem: I need to install Windows XP Tablet on a blank hard drive in a recently purchased tablet pc.

Supplies: Windows XP Tablet recover cds locked to an Avertec laptop (which I have), Windows XP Pro full install cd, external hard drive, and DVD burner.

I'm damn tired of buying different versions of XP and would like to find a way to do this without having to buy it again. I would greatly appreciate any help.

Can I unlock the Tablet recover cds? Can I install from the Avertec laptop to the blank laptop or the external hard drive then transfer it over to the blank laptop? Can I update XP Pro to Tablet edition without having to pay?
