Yea, it's called Buy another PSP, take the serial number stickers and swap them out. Then, return YOUR psp keeping the new one (or used one) and get your money back. It's a small investment, but it'll get the job done. Plus, you'll get your money back AND a new PSP! That's of course ONLY if you can't figure the problem out. You can also do this wherever they rent PSPs in your area. Or, if you still have your warranty, just ship it back to sony, but take ALL the homebrew off of it first and ask them to fix it, explaining the problem.
Mines only done that once, i got a blue screen and had 2 restore the lot, for absolutly no reason, so i dont really know, OVVLs method seems good though :D
if u send it to get it fixed (with warranty) would sony try to upgrade ur psp? and why do u need to take homebrews out? are homebrews illegal? plus iso would be okay as long as u own the copy of the game right ;)?
