I would like to build my own sd card adapter...help needed!

Hi, I just got myself a GC. I want to try to make one of those SD card adapters instead of buying one. I want to do it more for the experience than to save $$$ in case you were wondering!

That link show the connections that need made, but it isn't much of a tut, does anyone know of a better tut out there? Also, what is the bic pen method for opening the GC? On the toplinks section there is a tut on how to do it, but it's in german!

Actually I translated the page with babelfish. Still not clear but I found a little more by searching like crazy. (about the bic pen method)
