You can download Plex Tools here:

Program isn't a freebie and Plex recently came out Plex Tools Pro.

Thanks, do you mean that there are no Plextools
included even in the normal retail package?

And you always need to purchase it first?

I duuno m8. I bought a Plexy 24x over a year ago and I didn't get any software (Plex Tools). I "think" those who live in Europe get the Plex Tools when they purchase a Plexy burner but not 100% sure.
