I just downloaded a backup copy of fifa street 2 (not enough space to dump to ms) and can't work out what to do with the files. The files have .r00, .r01 etc extensions. Can anyone point me in the right direction???

Open the very first one. The different parts will build automatically. All you will need to do is drag the iso from winrar/zip into a folder.

Easy as pie :)
