Problems backing up Death to Smoochy

I'm trying to backup Death to Smoochy and i'm having trouble. I rip the movie with DvD Decryptor...and when i playback the first VOB file (where the beginning of the movie should be) from my hard drive, it starts with the Death to Smoochy trailer, and it has no sound. I want to get rid of this and burn the movie to dvd. The trailer does not have its own chapter, so if i were to play it back thru a dvd player, i would have to fast forward thru it (not pressing "next"). The entire movie did not rip with chapters to skip thru either (the original copy had chapters). Each of the 5 VOB files is 1 straight section.

How do i get rid of the trailer?

and if possible, how would i insert chapter marks for skipping thru the movie?
