I have downloaded 3 Boot CD's for PS2 but i don't know how to record them, does anyone knows how to record them?
If anyone knows, or if anyone wants a boot cd program, please tell me...

what do you mean by boot CD's?
If you mean you downloaded something like Swap Magic then uless you have an original copy of SWap Magic to boot that back up copy with your out of luck.
Oh and also an aftermarket fliptop or other mod to stop it from resetting.

But how do i get an original swap magic?...
The ones i've donwloaded dont't say anything about swap magic!!!
They just say that it does the same has the mod chip...

you have to buy them . there is no such thing as a downloaded original .you cant use a burnt game to boot a burnt game , get it ? or get a chip installed , you'll be better off ..

No downloaded software can do the same as a mod chip.
It is most likely a Swap Magic type of disc.
But you can not boot the boot disc unless they have found a way that no one else knows to boot a back up without swap magic.
you may want to check into a memory card exploit if you do not have a slim PS2. This may allow you to either boot the boot disc or even boot the backups.
