I've downloaded Hitman:Blood Money through a torrent and would like to know what I have to do to get it to play on the ps2. Please help. Thanks.

Burn it to a DVD using DVD Decrypter.
Make sure your PS2 is modded otherwise it's not going to boot.

I dont have a modded PS2... i just have a stock PS2...so I can't do anything with it?

No... not unless you get it modded, a few options:
1) Modchip
2) Swap magic
3) Memory card exploit (if you have an old PS2 and not the slim one)
