Playing PAL games on USA TV using Swap Magic?

Hi, I have swap magic 3, and I booted up my import of "We Love Katamari" which I got from Europe and is PAL. When I boot it up all I get is black and white, I boot it into PAL mode, but it still is black and white. Can someone tell me what I need to do to boot and view in color.

well, you can get a converter for your TV
It sounds like your TV doesn't support both formats.
Do you have any PAL games that do work in color?
Or if your system is modded to play back up's then you can make a copy of the game and patch it with a program like PALtoNTSC
