Help me please! I have mod chip(Myth) on my PS2, but GranTurismo 4 wont work! Why?

1) What media did you use
2) How fast did you burn the game
3) Did you rebuild the game

Need more information... what do you it "wont work" ?

Is it an original copy of the game?
Which Myth chip is it. I just looked at the Myth Lite and it said it had no problems with DVD9 Games. Although some chips claim a lot of things.
If it is a copy then you will be out of luck without patching the ISO with Toxic DL Patcher.

I downloaded game from the enthernet! I burn the game to DVD+R Sony with 4x!!

Like steimy said, you need to either patch the game or rebuild it, that is if the image file you downloaded wasn't in DVD5 form already.

that or you possible just got a copy that was ripped down to DVD5 and they did not do a good job.
Or your PS2 has problems with the Sony +R media
it could really be a number of reasons.

the Myth chip and the Modbo chip are from the same manufacturer if i remember correctly.

i had a modbo 2.1 and the rebuilt DVD5 GT4 boots, but gets stuck after an option screen asking you whether to save or not. Its the coding issue with the chip. The same game boots on DUO3 , Mars Action, M-7 , DMS4. The DVD9 GT4 works fine on modbo though.
