Hi,

I have a SCPH 30001 v.4 PS2 with a NEO4 modchip.

I've had this for about 3-4 years. By the end of last year, my ps2 wouldn't play DVD-Rs anymore. I can still load CD-Rs and originals, but using the method to boot DVD-Rs does not work.

Also, it takes longer to load the games now.

Anyone have any idea why and how to fix it?

have you tried cleaning your laser. Or even adjusting it if that doesn't work?

I took it to a shop to get it cleaned, but i didn't get it adjusted, and it still doesn't work.
