Puting hdloader onto harddrive

Basicaly can i use a program on my computer to install hdloader?
such as winhiip or some other program like that

No, if you think about it it's pretty simple why you can't do it. You need HDLoader to load anything from the HDD, now if you put the HDLoader on your HDD, what are you going to use to load HDLoader from the HDD?

Actually, you could install it onto the HDD. I used the DDS HDD Manager to make a 1GB partition. I did the Independence Exploit using LaunchELF v3.78 and I booted it up. I inserted a USB flash drive with HDLoader on it (and a couple of other ELFs I later added/configured too). I copied it from the flash drive to the HDD. Then I set the configuration for button "X" on the controller to correspond with the HDLoader on the HDD. Now when I want to use HDLoader, I pop in Gran Turismo (PS1, to make exploit work), wait ~15 seconds, press X, wait ~10 seconds, and I can play any game I want.

But in short, unless you have an exploit, there's no real way to use it.
