I've got an australian Nokia 1100 - with Virgin Mobile prepayed SIM card, and I would like to use the phone with romanian cards.
The error message: SIM is not valid.
The phone should be decoded, I guess...
just wondering if you could help me and tell me how you get the PW to come up cause ive tried pressing star 3 times to get a P and 4times to get a W as i was told that would work but it dont

It works!
Just try different speeds when pressing consecutively the "*" button on your phone.
If you press it three times "p" will appear,
if you press it twice "+" appears, etc...
