CD/DVD scratch remover/filler

Looking for a chemical that can be applyed to a CD/DVD whear it will not only remove scratches but also fill them so that the CD/DVD can be read for viewing and/or tansferd to your pc for backup.

I've just read on a post that cleaning machines are not goo for CDR media so if that so how can I clean my DVD+R. I read off that post to use a alcohol/water mixture but with what type of cloth to do the actual rubbing of the DVD.

Tryng to find a CDR/DVD+/-R cleaner for my disc something that won't scratch them cause they are so easily scratchable.
