Uninstall the program. There is a good chance you won't see anything that tells you to reboot .There is a problem with releasing a resource used by InstallShield.
Anyhow uninstall. when you think it is done reboot and try a reinstall. Haven't seen a real cure yet, just this workaround.

I cant even uninstall as the game isnt installed
