PSTwo (v12) Motor problem.

For some reason my PS2 spindle won't spin anymore.

Everything else works, the laser moves up and down, software seems fine.

It happened when I was using my swap magic 3.6 to boot a ps2 CD. I noticed the CD version of swap magic spins alot faster and louder, I swapped the disc with the game, pressed square, then the disc span really fast for about 30 seconds, then it started spinning back and forth. I tried turning it off but it wouldnt turn off so I unplugged the power.

I turn it back on, and now it won't spin at all.
