greetings all i went to hong kong recently picked up 2 psp 1.5 versions . now im not very good when it comes to computers , i managed to download some games and emulators, but had no luck getting them running so i baught a bundle or pirate dvds off ebay 100 games emulators the lot but still cant figure it out! i have all the equiptment but i just need a very dumbed down version of what to do! oh and if anyone wants my spare 1.5 its open to offers (value pack plus extras 1 gig card , hard case, data transfere cable ect and many dvd games) man im so desparte to get this to work i can pay someone send you some stuff anything you like! please help!!

Check out the sticky #3dluis has, he breaks down every aspect of emu's, iso's.......Also, edit out ur email address, against the forum rules:)

This is 3Dluis's sticky. A sticky is something that has lots of great info that pretty much anybody can use, and is forever put on top of the list of threads in a forum so everybody can easily find it. Sorry for not making that clear. He put a lot of time into this thread and gives detailed explantions on a lot of stuff with respect to the 1.5. If u have any questions after that, feel free to ask:)

done that buddy and no luck! i mean i can get fast loader 0.7 up but then it tells me insert umd when i try to run a game! its really annoying! man ive had this thing for over a month its getting to the stage where its alomst gone in the bin! please help me i need to get back into gameing but technology has moved on alot since i last played

U install all other homebrew and loaders just like u did fastloader, just put the folders in the GAME folder.

i have tried many things and i just cant seem to do it, i find guides ect but i dont know where ecectly to put the games to get them to go, basically i seem unzipp load them on and then something then buggers up, i dont understand it.

U make a folder named ISO and put it in the root of ur mem stick, all ur iso's go in that folder.

i dont own any umd's can i use it without ?
and what are all the other homebrew and loaders required?

U need a UMD to trick the psp into thinking that u have the UMD for the iso u want to play. If u want, i can find u a package that has different programs in it.

Didnt ur psp come with a demo UMD? if it did, u can use that. Give me a minute, i gotta figure out where i found that package. Do u want all the things i can find, or anything in particular? Dont worry about it, u dont owe me anything;)

i baught the console second hand in hong kong , then i baught a game but it tried to get me to upgrade to play the game i obviously didnt want o do that so i sold it, thats a point do i have to get an old game forr when it reads insert umd or is any umd ok? as far as what stuff im after basically i have 100 psp games on dvd i just need the linking bits inbetween. thanks again!

ey johnny.. where u from anyway?:) i also bought mine here in hk.. im actually here right now however i do live in the philippines..:) hahaha also have the same prob as yours before.. also bought the pirated vcds..:)
First i wanna ask what games do you wanna download?
2nd what umds do you have?
if you already have a umd.. just get a fire wire/usb cord.. then go to usb connection open a game froma pirated dvd hmm have bleach.. i just downloaded it to my psp works out fine.. then just click on the game then choose where to put your game just click the G: link or the link for usb then wait after that go to ur games the game should be there..:) maybe this helps..:)
ps. also interested on that spare 1.5 that you have..:) just pm me for the price stephen41383 thats ym ok?

I have been playing some downloaded iso's on my psp but can't get Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max to work on my version 1.5 I have UMD Emulator,Fastloader,and Dax Ziso loader and nothing seems to work. Can anyone help me out? Can you run downloaded games on version 2.0 with the same programs I mentioned?

devhook .40 or .41 will play SFA without any modifications to the iso, get devhook .40 or .41 from ps2nfo.com or psp-hacks.com
