I recently downgraded back to Nero 6.6.0.14 (latest from the website) due to popping issues with Nero 7 when creating Audio CD's.
now my problem with Nero 6.6.x is that when I would burn my compressed DVD to an image file and then play it back to make sure it works, when you select Play Movie, my DVD software shuts off. I then have to re-rip the movie to my HardDrive to whatever folder I designated it to copy to and it works. Now when i burn a compressed DVD to image format with Nero 7 and playback, the image plays fine.
whats wrong? is this a glitch with Nero 6.6.x? and can i still burn the created image from Nero 6.6.x and have it play back in my DVD Players flawlessly?

the last stable version of the Nero 6 series is 6.6.0.18, try that version to see if it solves your issues

It's actually 6.6.1.4, and the reason I don't suggest that version is because it is still very buggy and the version I linked you to is the last version to support autoburning through DVD Shrink.
