wen will PS3 be out? and where will it be first touched by our human hands? i think PS3 games will be much more expensive than ps2 games now its because of the cool new awsome Blu-ray disc!!!

welcome to the forums. it comes out november 17th worldwide. there are two packages being offered. one is with 20GB HDD for $499 and other is a 60GB HDD for $599.99 US prices that is. this was released may 8th. the price of games is still uncertain along with the ps3's online features.

yeah it's been confirmed about the games costing the same as xbox360.Best buy is already taking pre order.Many thought they would cost more cause there on Blu-ray but nope.

A Blu-ray disc can hold 27GB of data thats a helluva lot of info.

I dont remember but i do know that game is going to be massive i seen a article on it a couple weeks ago it was saying that this game would never fit on a DVD or DVD9 disc.

ya they hav to cause they said that from now on final fantasy will fit into one disc rather than 3-4 discs in the past for ps2 and ps1 consol, thats why they need lots of space for it

NO ffx ffx2 ffxi and ffxii are only on 1 dvd with ffxii filling an entire dual layer dvd
but i expect ffxiii, from looking at the incredibly beautiful textures to only be about say 16 or 17gb with a posibility of downloadable side quests like the pso series

ffxiii versus on the other hand will probably be about 25 and will include ffxiii because it is basically an expansion and if you didn't buy the other version, you won't understand the game and it will DEFINITLY have downloadable content seeing how the games best point is that its online
