Ok well I just rebooted my computer because of some type of unknown problem so then i reinstalled my dvd x copy program. But when i tried to copy it said can load information on your drive and then it says please run your drive selector. What does this mean! And what do i do?

After you install the program go to the folder with the program icons. One should be labeled as Drive Select or something like that. Double click it and follow the prompts. It will ID and read about your various drive(s). After you do that you should be able to run the program as normal.

You had to have done this previously, but if your memory is like mine ...

As an alternate, you could move to some more uptodate programs. Some are free, some are pay. X Copy is "old".
